For many years, I worked as a boat captain, navigating vessels where precision, foresight, and responsibility were not optional — they were the standard.
Managing mechanical systems, crews, logistics, and the quiet expectations of ownership taught me discipline, adaptability, and an unwavering attention to detail. I was pursuing a captain’s position aboard private yachts when an unexpected opportunity arose on land — a different kind of vessel to steward. What I often call the “land yacht” became my next chapter.
Estate and property management felt like a natural evolution. The scale changed, but the principles remained: protection of assets, operational excellence, thoughtful oversight, and hands-on leadership. From full property transformations and ground-up builds to landscape design, budgeting, vendor coordination, and long-term maintenance, I am present in every layer of the work.
To me, estate management is stewardship — ensuring that beauty, function, and value move in quiet harmony.
