Your Key toPeace of Mind.

01

Protect, elevate, and thoughtfully manage.

My work centers on the oversight and care of private homes and estates. I manage day-to-day property needs, coordinate maintenance and projects, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure operations run smoothly and responsibly.

I serve as a consistent, discreet point of contact — focused on continuity, asset protection, and thoughtful stewardship of each property.

Mission

My mission is to protect, elevate, and thoughtfully manage the homes and estates entrusted to me. I approach each property with a long-term mindset — balancing stewardship, discretion, efficiency, and care — ensuring every decision serves the best interest of both the property and the family it represents.

Vision

I believe exceptional estate management goes beyond maintenance. It requires foresight, integrity, and an unwavering standard of excellence. My vision is always centered on sustainability, value preservation, and creating environments that operate seamlessly behind the scenes.

02

From soil to structure, from vision to execution.

I work comfortably at every scale of a property — from the smallest repair to the largest undertaking. I can step into a project at any stage: to help build, to restore, to manage, to maintain. I understand infrastructure — water systems, solar, machinery, construction, landscape, operations — moving between details and big picture, coordinating contractors, shaping land, refining systems, and protecting both property and investment. Sometimes the work is technical. Sometimes it is physical. Sometimes it is leadership. Often, it is all three.

No job is too small. No responsibility too large.

My Collabs

From first sketches to finished ground — a few of the projects carried from raw land to refined living.

Pool Project

From the first sketches to the final flourish, I guided and helped build every aspect of the project — meeting with architects and inspectors, shaping the excavation and construction, crafting the landscaping, and tending to ongoing maintenance.

Ensuring every detail reflected the original vision.

Hale Project

This home began as open ground and shared imagination. A collaborative vision sketched across a blank landscape, shaped by dialogue, trust, and intention.

From the first clearing of earth to the final turn of a handle, I carried the project in full — overseeing design conversations, coordinating trades, managing timelines and budgets, and guiding every phase from raw land to refined living. Every decision was deliberate. Every detail considered. Every challenge met with resolve.

What stands now is more than a finished structure. It is the result of steady leadership, hands-on execution, and a deep respect for craft. A home drawn from the ground up — thoughtfully built, carefully managed, and brought fully to life.

Love for Landscaping

For the past fifteen years, my stewardship of a vast estate in Kipahulu, Hawaiʻi has been an immersion in tropical abundance. What began as raw land in the deep, fertile tropics has evolved — season by season — into a thriving botanical sanctuary.

Cacao and soursop. Jaboticaba and sapote. Mango, guava, citrus, and countless others — each placed with intention. Each tree considered for canopy spread, root behavior, cross-pollination, long-term yield, and how it would contribute to the greater ecosystem.

This was never simply landscaping. It was cultivation in its truest sense — guiding raw land into a fruiting, botanical paradise. A living collection. A tropical orchard shaped by patience, knowledge, and a profound respect for the land.

Surfing taught me patience, balance, and respect for forces larger than myself. In many ways, those same lessons guide how I care for the places and properties entrusted to me today.

My path began on the water.

Floor-to-ceiling shelves of well-kept books in a private library

For many years, I worked as a boat captain, navigating vessels where precision, foresight, and responsibility were not optional — they were the standard.

Managing mechanical systems, crews, logistics, and the quiet expectations of ownership taught me discipline, adaptability, and an unwavering attention to detail. I was pursuing a captain’s position aboard private yachts when an unexpected opportunity arose on land — a different kind of vessel to steward. What I often call the “land yacht” became my next chapter.

Estate and property management felt like a natural evolution. The scale changed, but the principles remained: protection of assets, operational excellence, thoughtful oversight, and hands-on leadership. From full property transformations and ground-up builds to landscape design, budgeting, vendor coordination, and long-term maintenance, I am present in every layer of the work.

To me, estate management is stewardship — ensuring that beauty, function, and value move in quiet harmony.
